Summer Shutdown for Bluegrass Friends

July 2, 2007 will be the last Bluegrass Friends jam session until September.

We've gone two summers and two winters without a break, but this year the Bluegrass Friends weekly jam sessions will shut down for the summer months beginning July 9, 2007. The tentative date to resume is September 10, 2007.

Continue to check the Bluegrass Friends web site for news about Bluegrass events in our area, and use the discussion forums to voice your opinions and tell us about any upcoming musical events you know about. The Bluegrass Friends Blog and Bluegrass Widow Blog will be updated periodically as well.

To those who have requested tickets for the Cherryholmes concert, I will contact you as soon as I receive them, which should be very soon.

Have a good summer holiday. Do yourself a favour and get out to a Bluegrass festival or two!
